The Klara Shipping

At The Klara, we believe your skincare deserves the same precision and care as its formulation. To ensure our peptide and collagen-based products maintain their peak potency and freshness, all orders are dispatched from our specialized, climate-controlled Cold Chain 3PL facility in Chicago, IL. This central hub allows us to provide high-quality, temperature-protected delivery to all 50 U.S. states.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
 Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
High Volume Periods: During sales or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Chicago facility. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and total quantity.
Standard Shipping: [3] business days (Free on orders over $50)

Note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and are typically handled via USPS

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 Our products are stored in a strictly monitored. However, once the package is in the hands of the carrier and subsequently delivered:
Prompt Receipt: We highly recommend retrieving your package immediately upon delivery to prevent prolonged exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures (heat or freezing cold).
Liability: The Klara is not responsible for product degradation (e.g., texture changes or reduced efficacy) caused by packages left outdoors for extended periods after a confirmed delivery.

4. Damages, Loss, and Theft
 Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and products immediately. Contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us at [info@beautydream112.com] within 24 hours of receipt.
Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or building management first.
Stolen Packages: The Klara is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a carrier's "Hold for Pickup" service if your delivery area is unsecure.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
 Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
Re-delivery Fees: If a package is returned to our Chicago hub due to an incorrect address or being "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
